Ordering:
All orders placed in the USA before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. International orders will be shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed online or via telephone are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

The SSL encrypts the data making it impossible for intruders to enter into the system and grab the data being entered. Shipping:
All orders placed in the USA are shipped via UPS. Cost of shipping varies depending on type of shipping method chosen. Orders containing a PO Box as the shipping address will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail; a convenience charge of $8 will be charged separately to your credit card. All international shipments are shipped via UPS within 48 hours of the order being processed. Tracking information is available upon request via email by clicking here. Please be sure to include order number, full name and billing address of the order.

Tax:
Orders shipping to the state of California are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax.

Backorders:
If an order is placed for a backordered item, we will notify you within 24-48 hours via email. You will then have the option to be put in a queue for the product, choose a similar product or cancel the order.

Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your order after you have placed the order and received an order confirmation email, you must send an email within 24 hours or before the order has been shipped; whichever is of the lesser time. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to follow the return policy stated below.

Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify us at 310.622.4916 within 24 hours from the time you received your order. True Gentlemen will arrange UPS to pickup the damaged merchandise in its original packaging you received it in (including the box in was packed in).

Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. A copy of the original invoice enclosed with your order must accompany the return. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required prior to shipping back the products. Please call 310.622.4916 for a RA number and shipping address. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive the order. True Gentlemen is not liable for any shipping costs on returned merchandise. Only unused products and accessories are subject for return.
